I usually don't review products but I always appreciate people who do for people like me who do their research. However, I wanted to write my honest opinion of these supplements. I have been using the product for a few weeks and my hormonal acne that covered my jawline and under my chin has amazingly started to clear. I had the worst outbreak right before purchasing these supplements that I was in tears. I hadn’t had such a terrible breakout since I was a teenager. I was desprete to do anything to fix it and I didn’t want to go back on acutane. I feel this is working tremendously more then I ever expected. If your like me and have tried everything, give this a shot!! I take 1 pill at the moment right before bed since I feel like at night when your skin resets, etc. I don’t follow that 3 pills a day between meals - that’s cray! I always ease into things at first to gauge my reaction to it. It’s working for me doing it this way. Do what you feel is right! Also after about a month of being on these my time of the month came and a few things are just down right SHOCKING.....no cramps, no crazy breakouts on my face, no bloating and no heavy bleeding!
