I searched months for a portable washer and so happy found this one!!!! I heavily relied on others reviews during my search, so want to share mine in return. I live in a 2nd floor renovated beach cottage, to maintain its charm and square footage, no w/d hookups. This washer has been perfect since delivery. It was delivered to the bottom of my stairs but weight was manageable enough for me to get it up the stairs. Install was a breeze! Only thing have to do is use screwdriver to attach plastic cover to bottom. The fixtures it came with screwed right into my existing faucet! It also includes back wheels. Since I have to roll mine to sink from another room, it also purchased a cheap base with wheels and it fit perfectly with less noise to my downstairs neighbor. It is super quiet when runs! Perfect for 2nd+ floor! And it is a good capacity! Can fit 2-3 pants, couple tops and a sweatshirt in same load. No smell on delivery, I manage bacteria by using non bleach laundry sanitizer with color clothes and bleach with whits, no smell but soap! Am learning capacity and if have actual stains vs general cleaning, reduce capacity and use stain remover spray and bingo! If like me and cautious about purchasing and doing lots of research like I did... This one's for you!
