I've always stuck to the Japanese matcha, but recently purchased a Matcha DNA matcha set that incuded a sample of their matcha and I loved it so much I bought a big bag. This is some if the finest powdered matcha I have ever tried and it lends a different flavor profile to the matcha. It mixes fantastically, froths well, and taste amazing. It's my new favorite matcha.
