I love this Black seed oil. It is so smooth and mild that I don't need to add anything to it to get it down. I love the shaker top it keeps the oil from running down the bottle when pouring. Some people don't like the shaker top but its a easy fix just pop it out... I take black seed oil for inflammation because it is the only natural product that actually works at relieving my pain by 95%. Before taking black seed oil I was in terrible pain constantly. Now I only get a flair up every once in awhile and it is short lived. I have no complaints.
