I was looking for a cushion for my wheelchair. I cannot walk and needed a little boost to get up/standing, specifically to get onto a bed. I use a bed support bar to help pull me up. It works! It used to take me 6+ tries to get up standing, but now it takes one try. That wedge is enough. The reviews confused me, because they are everything from Impossibly Hard, to Extremely Comfortable. And I found no reviews about wheelchair use. It is firm at first, and you sit higher which is not always a good thing in a wheelchair. Then your bum sinks down into it a bit, then gets kind of flat if you sit in it for hours like I do. But when I need to stand, it still gives me a little boost. I also found that if I lean forward for a bit, the memory foam starts to come up again, which helps though boost. I do not find it uncomfortable, nor do I find it comfortable, it’s just okay. It a little small for an 18” wheelchair seat, so it needs to be pushed back, but again, OK.
