I've only had this a few weeks now and I haven't been using it as often as the directions say to (lack of time and just plain forgetful) but I'm seeing a small improvement already. I still have spots but they're less raised and not as bright. I'm sure it'll only get better. The scent is something light and almost flowery. I probably wouldn't have chosen to wear this scent on purpose but it's starting to grow on me. At first it's difficult to rub in, like a thick sunscreen, but it does eventually clear up. A little goes a long way.
