The product was well packaged, arrived on time and performed exactly as expected. It makes a really handy sugar substitute and is easy to use. I had no problems when I split it with half stevia/half erythritol when recipes called for it and it bakes/cooks up very well. I am border line diabetic and as far as I can tell, it doesn't affect blood sugar levels, but I just began a Keto diet, which is why I purchased this product. I would use this again and suggest it to anyone looking for a tasty sugar substitute. The sellers are conscientious and courteous, willing to go the extra mile to make sure their shipment was as it was supposed to be. I would buy from them again!
