It does what it's supposed to.
It could have been a few bucks cheaper, it's not particularly well made, but for light duty use it'll do. If you are hauling your rings around to a lot of shows you may want something sturdier, or just be gentle with it. Pack it well in something soft, don't overdo it on the hinges and it should hold up for awhile.
