2000 markers in my stash and counting...
As the owner of over 2000 different pens and markers, I consider myself somewhat obsessed. I have everything: Copic, Letraset, Prismacolor, Kuretake, Shinhan, Sharpie, Spectrum Noir, Twin Touch, Le Plume, Marvy and everything in between. I have alcohol, water, gel, permanent, neon, fluorescent, even scented, if you can believe it. These markers completely surprised me and that never happens (I'm jaded). They go on as smooth as Prismacolors but are even juicier. I pulled these out of my mailbox ten minutes ago and I literally tried every single pen - not a dry one in the house. That has never happened before in the history of "ever". The brush tip end puts down the perfect amount of color for me and the fine point is exactly what I needed. I would like to take a moment and make something very clear: I did NOT get these free or discounted in any way. I paid the full Amazon price and would gladly do it again today. I am one of those people that see a review where someone got it free or discounted and I immediately stop the research and go on to the next product. Even if the customer doesn't out and out lie, they will still feel somewhat obligated to go much easier on the review than if they had spent their hard-earned money. It's just how it is. This set of 56 pens is a banging deal and the colors are vibrant, beautiful and different enough so you don't feel cheated. I got 56 markers for what I usually pay for just 5 Copics. Nice. I rarely write reviews - I have a handful that I've done out of a thousand items purchased. I know, I suck. But I am usually only inclined to write one if the product is crap or if the product rocks my world. These pens are pure rock star-gold.
