Easy to take, great flavor. I generally take two a day, as the recommended dosage, and have noticed 6-8 hours later my scalp feels like it’s tingling/crawling. Something like the blood flow is being stimulated. I’ve had quite a bit of hair loss over the past couple years and finally my hair is getting thicker, stronger and have new growth coming back in. Thank goodness!
