My husband picked out this foot rest after months of working from home. He said his feet kept getting restless sitting at his desk. The memory foam is very comfortable and provides great support. It keeps your feet and legs in just the right position. Customer Service story: After a couple of weeks of use, I wanted to wash the cover. I followed the provided instructions and was careful removing the cover which is on fairly tight. The seam right next to the zipper tore a little because of the tight fit. After washing and drying the cover I tried very hard not to put any stress on the area where the seam had torn. The instructions say to fold the foam up to make it easier, which I did. Even after being very careful, when the foam unfolded into the cover, it tore the seam even more. When I zipped the cover closed the zipper head actually came off. I contacted customer service via email and let them know what happened. Their response was quick and very friendly. After confirming my order number and shipping address, they said they were sending a new one for me. I thought they were going to send me a new cover. They sent me a brand new foot rest! So not only does this foot rest feel great, the company works really hard to take care of their customers.
