My oh my.. these cold little eggs... Hilarity ensues
While the actual quality of these little guys are great, I am doubtful they are made of legit rose quartz due to the relatively inexpensive cost of the item. (No offense to the seller they may be legit, but this is the internet people. Nothing is ever a for sure thing). Alas, I am too much of a cheapskate to order the branded $80+ dollar set so I am inclined to be satisfied with just about anything I purchase online these days. After birthing three large and healthy children, adding to this the aging factor, these little eggs seemed like they would be a great purchase to strengthen the ole lady parts. Unfortunately for me, I struggled immensely with threading the disposable floss string through the little hole, which I have since learned is a gravely important step. I gave up trying to thread it and just popped it in thinking, no big deal it will probably just fall out anyway (because these things are sooo tiny). Nope. It did not fall out on its own. I could not get it out for the life of me. I am glad my husband wasn't around to watch all the ridiculous and embarrassing measures I took to extract this thing, otherwise I might never live this purchase down. I tend to be lazy when it comes to executing instructions in the exact manner they are meant to be followed. I mean, I sanitized it, who needs the string.. ? I paced the bedroom for about thirty minutes or so before I decided my body had eaten it and I was just S.O.L. Maybe my gyno will find a sparkling pink treasure during my next visit!! Much to my amazement and horror might I add, it finally "fell" out when I went to use the bathroom. Woe is me, I had to reach down into the porcelain throne of embarrassment and follow the tiny itty bitty instructions one more time on how to sanitize the dang thing without using bleach or boiling it. Needless to say, Yoni eggs are a little too much work for me and I have decided to use it in a nifty Easter nest decoration. Yes, I did sanitize it after my first and final use. I do suggest if you decide you are going to regularly use an item such as this, spring for the legit jade eggs and pay the extra money. When it comes down to inserting anything into any of your body cavities, go with your gut and order from a reputable company. Or if you are cheap like me, these things will probably work too. Just be warned... I cannot stress this enough.. for the love of god, use the dang string.
