This is a great, heavy duty steel wok that will last far longer than my lifetime. The most important thing to remember is that this is solid steel and does NOT have a non-stick coating on it. What does that mean? It means that it will rust immediately unless you properly season it. To properly season it, just watch a YouTube video - search for something like "steel pan seasoning" and you will have lots of options to choose from. Or, you can read Lance S Owens review for this wok - his directions are awesome and they are what I followed to season my wok. I highly recommend this, but only if you are willing to take the time to properly season it. The initial seasoning process takes about 2 hours.
