Great cooler. People complain about getting things in and out of this cooler, it hurts their arm, blah, blah, blah…THE SOLUTION (Yeti should pay some royalties for this tip!!...): Ever have one of those old school change holders where you pressed the sides and it opened (http://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Squeeze-Coin-Holder-94101/dp/B004Y1M0HC/ref=cts_sh_1_fbt) same idea. I set the cooler down with the short side toward me, with one hand grab the far side (the other short side) and pull towards me, cooler opens right up and I load with the other hand, no harm, no foul.
