Comprehensive
This book takes a complex issue and makes it accessible to the general public. This was so well-researched with hundreds of references. I also loved how she took the Alexis Ochoa story and brought it to life throughout the book. Alexis deserves to be remembered and this was a great way to honor her memory. Every member of the public, program director, hospital CEO and legislator should read this book.
