I could not, for the life of me, describe the smell these have until my roommate sniffed them and we came to the collective conclusion that they smell like Cat vomit that's been sitting around for a while. that being said, take them with a chaser at meals and you'll see results. i over processed my hair (as we tend to do) and managed to stop it growing, something i've encountered before and only solved by shaving my head entirely. i had tried cutting off the damage, deep conditioning packs, nothing worked. this time i looked into some vitamins to aid growth and stopped doing any damage (heat process, anything) and measured my hair length the month before and two months in. my hair went from 6in to 6.5 inches in the 6 months before the pills, and from 6.5 to 7.5 at the end of 30 days of straight use. after 60 days, i am now at 8.5 inches. this isn't far from my natural growth rate of 3/4 inches a month but it's far better than nothing! highly recommended along with their Omega 3-6-9s for fatty acids.
