After looking over what was available on Amazon ,I decided to go with the Coldest Ice Pack ,as it seemed to offer the best choice,And it is It comes with a mesh bag with velcro straps to help in making sure it folds/holds on to where you need the cold to be It does not freeze in one position in the Freezer like most cold packs do It stays flexible for easy positioning/bending around the affected area All in all a 5 star product to me
