I've been using an irrigator for 2 years now. The one I had the motor died. I like that this one had a rechargeable battery as opposed to having to load some every couple of weeks. I've had this one a few weeks now and really like it. I like the multiple speeds and have found if you can get by on low you can get a full mouth done on a single tank of water. This works fine for me. There is nothing more refreshing to your mouth than an irrigation before bed. It cleans out my bridge work really well and I use a little mouthwash in the mixture. The product arrived from the vendor quickly and well packed. So far so good. UPDATE 11-12 I love this thing and the way it makes my mouth feel before bed. But I was concerned about the rechargeable battery. First I tried to see how many cleaning cycles I could get out of a full charge. As if on vacation and forgot the charger. I got 5 solid cycles without any degradation. I used the soft cycle which I prefer anyway. It is more than ample and the normal cycle is so strong it feels like I'm pounding my gums. At least for me. On the 6th cycle it started to slow down a little. I still got through the cycle but I was able to move to normal and it felt like the soft setting. On recharge it took about 24hrs to get the light to stop blinking. Then using it each night and recharging afterwards. This became intermittently reliable. Some days it would be recharged (no blinking light) in the normal 8hrs or less and some days it would take all day and night and still not be fully recharged for the next use. So I decided to call CS and just get on the record that I might be having a problem. I got through to CS in 2 rings. 2 RINGS, no voice mail prompts, 2 rings and a live person. I explained what I was concerned about and after attentively listening she suggested that it might be defective and should be replaced. She asked where I want the new one sent and that was it. Amazing. That's what I call a no hassle return and responsive CS. Like I said I love this product and now have a new company that I will be happy to buy what ever they sell that I need or can use.
