5 band set was delivered today. I got five bands but two bands were identical. They seem pretty durable and well made. I reached out to their customer service. We’ll see how quickly they respond and if they’re easy to work with. *UPDATE* same day response Their customer service rep reached out to me and told me to keep the extra band. They are sending the missing band! Great customer support! I gave four stars because the bands have a great design, look durable, and they had great customer service. If bands last well for the next month or two I’ll update and shoot them 5 stars!
