Ok, so I want to start off my saying that this is the best vegan protein powder I’ve ever tried!!! I was nervous buying it because I’d never heard of them and they seem new, but the other reviews seemed good and I liked the ingredients list so I thought I’d take a chance and give it a try. Really glad I did!!! I’ve tried loads and loads plant based protein powders but it’s super hard to find one that doesn’t taste like dirt. This one is delicious!. As usual with Amazon, it arrived super quick. So what I did was follow the instructions and mix up 2 scoops with 300ml of water as it says on the pack. I was more than a little skeptical because, well, plant protein powders never seem to good just with water. I was very pleasantly surprised! It was delicious!!!! Sure, it’s never going to be exactly like a chocolate milkshake but this is very, very drinkable. (Much better than Vega, Sun Warrior, Garden of Life, ON etc.). I love the taste! My issue with vegan protein powder products has always been taste, but not this one. It’s got a delicious chocolatey vibe! Sure, it’s sweet, but not TOO sweet like all the rest. And it’s not “planty”. Plus its not “salty” like Orgain or Kos. I decided to try it mix it with some almond milk too, and of course it was even better than just with water although I think I’ll stick with water because the almond milk just adds needless calories and it’s perfectly good with water. As a last experiment I blended 2 scoops with a banana, some oats and almond milk… makes a delicious and easy breakfast drink or a quick lunch smoothie. The ingredients list looks great – dairy free obviously and I like that it’s made with organic pea protein and that it’s full of good stuff (one of the few vegan protein powders with probiotics). It’s a clean list - there’s no xanthan gum and no added sugar too (Kos). The paleo diet has been great for me and one thing I learned from it is to make sure that I know what every ingredient is that I'm eating. This Wyldsson brand definitely meets that criteria! I love the chocolate version, but I’m really looking forward to the vanilla version as sometimes I just prefer it in the mornings particularly. Overall, I think this is a real find. A needle in a haystack! Thank you. I’m definitely ordering this again and again!!! Update: The vanilla version became available so I gave it a try. Excellent as well. I end up typically alternating between chocolate and vanilla. Very pleased.
