I bought this camera because the camera that camera with my laptop is trash. The first pic is the camera without any lighting. The second is the camera with the ring light all the way up, the last is the default camera my computer came with. Setting it up took forever. I ordered two thinking the one I had was trash, turns out you have to do more to make it work with Windows 10. You can try the following steps. If it doesn't then download Razers Synapse software then try those steps again. Step 1: (Windows>Settings>Camera Privacy Settings) Allow access to camera on this device (On) Allow apps to access your camera (On) Step 2: Press "Windows + X" then click Click "Device Manager" Click "Cameras" Right click existing Camera, Disable it By default, the Razer Kiyo should take over. If you need the option to use the default camera as well you can now, enable the original camera. Right click, enable Razer Kiyo I hope this saves someone an hour of their time. Customer support there is AMAZING by the way. They weren't able to help with the issue, I lucked up and fixed it but they were really nice and tried to help.
