I am sooooo pleased with this item! Gotta say, I was nervous ordering it, as a plus-size girl I've returned lots of clothing marketed as plus size that clearly was not, so I'm always nervous about fit. I'm anywhere between an 18-22, depending on who makes it (you all know what I mean!), so its a bit of a coin toss when ordering. I ordered a 3x and was astonished, an absolutely perfect fit. The pointed, draped front is super flattering, and this from someone who has NEVER been successful finding a jacket that doesn't look boxy and masculine. I'm about to enter the teaching field and I will be ordering more of these, in many more colors. I also LOVE the fabric, which some other reviewers panned but I am thrilled with, it's light enough to wear everyday, heavy enough to drape nicely. This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've ever made - so glad I took a chance on it. (Update) After my great experience with the first jacket, in black, I ordered three more in different colors. But there I ran into issues, so I am back to remove a star from my rating. One of the three came in a clear plastic package with the correct size on it, but when I tried it on it was noticeably too small. Odd, then I looked at the actual label on the garment itself and it was INDEED two sizes too small. So that one goes back to Amazon. One of the others I ordered I took out of the package and it REEKED of someone else's perfume!! Obviously someone's repackaged return. I would return that one, too, but it's just easier to wash the thing, but still... some quality control please? Also, I've noticed on these reviews that several people mentioned shoulder pads, which they cut out. I've ordered four of these now and only ONE has shoulder pads, so either there is a mixed bag in terms of manufacturing or a lot of these are repackaged returns.
