I have worked in restaurants for the past 5 years and I once even worked in a juice bar for a year. I have used a Vitamix more than my fair share of times. The Ninja Chef is just as good, I'd even say better because it's a third of the cost of a Vitamix. My wife and I have been using the Ninja Chef every single day at least twice a day for smoothies and such for the last two weeks now and it has been a dream. It is a little noisy, but every time I hear how noisy it is, I think how much money I saved by not purchasing a Vitamix and how all my fruits and veggies are being totally pulverized the same way a Vitamix would. If you are on the fence, let me tell you, buy the Ninja Chef with the 3 year warranty. It is definitely worth the price. Excellent product. Would recommend to everyone. I would even buy another one just prove a point that you can buy two of these and it still wouldn't cost as much as a Vitamix.
