Arrived undamaged and the packing was great. These lamps are a must in humid climates they really draw humidity out of the air. We live on the Pacific Northwest Coast and the bulb corrodes on these and we have to change it and clean it more frequently. I do recommend this type of the smaller salt crystals, though, more surface area. I ordered this one as a gift for a friend I liked mine so much. Would recommend and order again.
