I've been using this product intermittently, particularly during a diet that focuses on heavy calorie restriction. I should be using it every day, forever. Here is why: 1. Noticeable changes in my finger and toenail growth. While during my entire life I've not been able to have nice finger nails, while taking this product I've noticed that they grow thicker, stronger, and no longer flake or break easily. 2. The same above applies to my hair. It is notably more shiny and strong. 3. My skin seems to be less temperamental. I've been prone to reactive acne and redness. With this I'm pretty much normal.
