I have only owned the earbud for a few days, but I love it. I saw some reviews that warned that it would fall out of the ear easily, which concerned me. I have had it fall out twice, but both times I placed it back in my ear and made certain it was firmly placed. I then wore it for several hours without any problem. One problem I have had in the past was that ear buds make my ear very sore after wearing them for just a short time. In the case of the Focuspower F10, I have literally worn it for several hours at a time with no problem at all. I have not made a lot of calls with it, but the calls I have made have been clear. In each case I asked whether or not the other person could hear me clearly. They all indicated that they could. I have played music with the earbud quite a bit and the sound is great. I have spent a small fortune on earpieces trying to find one I liked that had clear sound......did not make my ear sore......fit well.....and didn't break the bank. This one fits the bill. The price was amazing. (I may order a second one just to have it in reserve in case of loss.) It includes a handy little zippered case and comes with its own unique magnetic charger. So far I really love this thing, and the price is definitely right.
