Remove the restrictor and it works great! Actual GPM tests in this review.
I timed the GPM as follows using a 3 gallon bucket.
My old shower head: 54 seconds = 3.3 GPM
No shower head: 30 seconds = 6 GPM
Moen 26009 Engage Rain Head only - with water restrictor: 85 seconds = 2.1 GPM
Moen 26009 Engage Hand Held only - with water restrictor: 105 seconds = 1.7 GPM
Moen 26009 Engage Rain Head only - without water restrictor: 53 seconds = 3.4 GPM
