Easy application and easy removal

We’re moving out of our rental and I just ripped it down. It was pretty easy and did no damage to the top half but the area around the toilet and the bottom did rip the paint off the wall and I had to spackle it. It seems that any area that gets moisture or wetness the adhesive sticks more too making it damaging to removal. I wouldn’t recommend using this in a bathroom but then again it was an easy fix and our rental company will never know.
