Let this be a warning to everyone, lavender syrup can be VERY addictive. My wife and I started buying lavender lattes at a local coffee shop and wanted to see if we could find some lavender syrup for home. I was skeptical of the Monin brand due to never using it, but I was extremely pleased with their lavender syrup. I could drink it straight from the bottle. My wife thinks it tastes like soap, so another warning, lavender syrup isn't for everyone. I would pour 1/2 an ounce in a 10 ounce glass of cafe vanilla (Keurig k-cup). I couldn't get enough of it. I'm sure my sugar intake is off the charts, so may have to lay off this stuff for a while.
