I've had this tub for about 3 years.i located it next to house on patio. I set the hot tub on one inch insulation siding I got from home depot.that way if kids jump in you have a cushion.plus help keep the temp from leaving through the bottom touching the concrete.my wife has a serious back problem so we use almost every night before bed. the only thing I do is wash out the filter every couple days with a garden hose.note the less restriction on incoming water to heater the longer heater will work.it helps heater from over heating from lack of incoming water I would buy again. 2 of my friends bought this spa and also love it
