Strong and sturdy for heavy drapes and rings!
It is so worth it to invest in this rod if you have large windows and heavy window treatments. I bought regular walmart rods for my smaller, single windows with 2 of these panels on the rod - and they shift the rod anytime I open and close my drapes. These however, stay in place, have a nice sturdy quality about them and go perfect with my drapes. I will eventually swap out the walmart rods for these on each window
