I downloaded the free version of this game for my 3 year old son. He absolutely loves it, so when the ad for the full version popped up at the special price of 6.99$ I jumped on it. I had some issues then.. the game froze during process but it took my money. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, even tried to purchase again, but said I already owned it. So that's when I reached out to the support team. And when I tell you the people are there to help, they really are!! Sid from support, responded promptly to my concerns and helped me to get everything straightened out! My little one is beyond happy with this game and I am extremely happy with the service we received!
