The company emailed me promptly after ordering and thanked me for my purchase. They were extremely polite and seemed to care about what I thought of their product. I am very happy to report that this is THE BEST SOAP I'VE EVER USED. I rarely am 100% satisfied with something I buy but I can confidently say there is nothing I would change about this product. The smell is amazing. My skin has never felt healthier and softer. I use it on my entire body, including my face, and no longer have acne. I've used it for a month now and will continue to order this soap when I run out. If you're looking for a completely natural soap that smells great and that you don't need to compromise on quality or price, buy this right now. I've never been happier with a purchase. My one piece of advice I can offer is to let it dry completely between uses so it lasts as long as possible. Also I cut mine in half and saved the other half so it lasts a bit longer.
