I sleep on my tummy, which I love, except I sometimes wake up in a puddle of drool. Gross, I know. I bought this cover to protect my pillow. It's actually very comfortable: I had been afraid it would feel like a tarp beneath my pillow case, but it has a nice terry-cloth exterior, which helps it feel softer. It started out feeling a little like a balloon from the air trapped inside, but by the time I woke up the next morning, all that extra air had dissipated. It crinkles a little bit when you move, but nothing to keep me awake. I haven't had a chance to test its mettle against a puddle yet, but all in all, I'm pleased so far. Just the thought that my pillow won't potentially be soaking anything up anymore helps me feel better.
