I got this book because all my friends did and I'm going through a divorce and figured why the duck not. When I tell you I read this whole book during an 8 hour shift at my government job, and that I cried in a ball under my desk and created mantras from bits and pieces of this book, I'm not lying. It was like one really thought provoking and enlightening counseling session where all I had to do was listen. Hearing her talk about her experiences and then relating the lies she tells herself to lies i tell myself, was powerful. I highly recommend!
