Read the reviews that mentioned a change in their child's behavior and speech when taking this. Psh! No way can a little fish oil make that kind of difference, except that it does. My non verbal toddler started having fewer tantrums when taking this daily. He started communicating with his baby signs and attempting to vocalize within a week. We are now 3 months in, and although he is not perfect, he is calmer and more focused in his play. Sure, kids get older and their behavior improves. Except we finished our bottle and I lagged in getting a replacement in time. That entire week, we were back to the usual racing around, screaming and tantrums. I don't know what magic is in the bottle, but my child thrives when he takes it.
