Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am enjoying playing this game so far. As of now I have two complaints that could be easily addressed and I would up my rating to five stars. First, after playing offline the game did not save my progress and the items I unlocked, upgrades and levels, were reset to the spots I unlocked the last time I was within wireless signal range and online. Could this not be fixed, as I often play in areas where service is not provided? Just allow it to save... Secondly, there should be a more accessible way to get the other heroes besides real money purchases, perhaps monumental amounts of coins or even gems? Otherwise, the game has good graphics and gameplay.
