I have neuropathy caused by diabetis, have had it for about 2 years now. I've taken pills, way overpriced ones, with very little change in the numbness, which now covers my entire body. I found this B12 just a couple of weeks ago, less money for more mgs and have been taking it for almost a week. Already, much to my surprise, I found things like my vericose veins beginning to hurt... never felt them before. And I can actually feel patches of cold on the linoleum floor when I walk barefoot. I've been taking the full 1.0 mg so now I'm going to take less and see if it actually still helps. I just love the taste and feeling of "vim and vigor" after taking it too. Thats so important to us older generation (I'm 87 years young). Thanks Why Not. Dedie in Idaho.
