Just corner rounded 1000 cards (4000 corners) of 130 lb cover. Every corner came out perfect. I was looking for a 1/4 inch corner rounder. This unit is in metric but the middle of the three sizes was basically 1/4 inch. Certainly on this heavy cover stock this was a one-at-a-time operation. You'd probably want to stick with one-at-a-time even for lighter paper. I was a little worried that it would break because another reviewer had a bad experience. Theirs was either defective or they may have tried stock that was too heavy. 130 lb cover is very heavy stock though, and 4000 cuts is a lot of work. The unit showed absolutely no signs of wear and tear after this job. Normally I'm not very impressed with these little plastic consumer-grade tools. In this case someone did a phenomenal job designing this little gem.
