I have bad lighting my home, it is like living in a cave. I never realized I had nose hairs until I happened to look in a mirror, outside in the sun. I was mad at my husband and some of my friends as how could they have not have told me. It looked HORRIBLE! Could have been like that for years for all I know. This device works great, no pain, just does the job. Plus, I have always been aware of the downy hair on my face. I used some kind of thing one time that "buffs" them off, and it left scabs and bloody patches, so thought I would just have to live with that.
