I eat pizza on average once a week. Instead of ordering delivery, I prefer frozen brands. This allows my to enjoy the pizza fresh from the oven. The overall appearance of the Spicewalla tin is charming with a slightly rustic feel. At first I was disappointed that the tin does not come with a sifter. Instead the spices come wrapped in a plastic bag that you can tie closed after each use. That’s when I realized this was done to preserve the potency and flavor. I’ve used it twice so far: The first time sprinkling the Spicewalla spice on a freshly baked pizza; the second time I sprinkled it on a frozen pizza before baking it. Spicewalla instantly adds zest and an uptick in flavor that would work for most varieties of red sauce, meat adorned pizzas. I was sent Spicewalla for review, and have given my honest opinion.
