I purchased these Earbuds based on the reviews and recommendation from my friend. Pricing - This headset is fairly priced when compared to other expensive and similar Bluetooth headsets in the market. Sound - The sound quality of music is good and clear. I have read couple of people complaining about the Bass but from my perspective, the bass is good enough for a bluetooth headset. The headset can have a little more volume but not a dealbreaker. The noise cancellation is also good and help to soften / remove all the outside noise.The call quality is also good and do not have any concerns regarding the same. One more plus point of this headset is that we can experience Stereo for voice calls too unlike Bose SoundSport Free True Wireless Earbuds which works on mono. Quality - No Pairing or connection issues during the course of usage. Pairing was very quick and connects automatically when removed out of the box. I do not have any issues of disconnecting and reconnecting. Except for the minor humming sound in my old headset, no other issue. It might be due to the noise cancellation but unsure. The new headset works well and no issues till now. Size & Fit - This headset is small and fits properly in the ears. I had purchased Bose SoundSport Free True Wireless Earbuds but they were huge. These headsets are sized appropriately and feel better when using it. These earbuds fits securely in the ear and does not fall off during exercise or running. So, these are truely wireless. Battery Life - The battery life has been on par with their advertisement. No complaints there. Customer Service - The customer service is top notch and they strive hard to satisfy the customer. My headset had a bit of buzzing sound when you are not listening to music or on a call (Not a deal breaker). I sent a note to the seller. The customer service is so good that they expedited a replacement headset and let me keep my old headset also. They truly back you up for your purchase. I am giving 5 stars as the seller was very prompt and resolving the issue as soon as I notified them. Based on the Pros and Cons, I recommend this headset.
