I ordered these in hopes of finding a suitable replacement for ordinary cheese curls, for which I have a strong addiction :) I wanted a snack that was low calorie and high protein, as I track my nutritional intake. These definitely hit the spot! While they are not a perfect dupe for regular cheese curls, the flavor on these is intense and very cheesy. The texture is a bit harder than I would like, but did not stop me from devouring them all :) Overall, for a diet conscious person, these will help fill the salty snack need and not derail you from your goals. What more could I ask for?
