Surprised and impressed with the quality of the leather duffel AND the shoulder strap. Thicker, not the napkin thin straps that look good in photographs but feel cheap. Shoulder strap has a canvas lining stitched with leather to add thickness and durability. Good quality zippers. I love the distressed look. Someone at this company has some pride in what they make and it shows. Inside and out. With so many bags for sale I'm glad I chose this one.
