Look guys, before I get started on my DETAILED review, I'm giving this case 5-stars...I work in the wireless telecom industry managing over 3,000 iPhones for a very large, international company and I have seen it all. I've tested hundreds of different products, and my reviews don't get 5-stars often...I couldn't help but read through the negative reviews here, so I wrote down what people put, and I have answers to most all of them. Please read below: Siri voice recognition doesn't hear what your saying with case on: FALSE- I bought 5 of these cases to start with, and tested all 5, and Siri didn't mess up once hearing what I said Issues with others hearing you while on speaker due to blocked speaker mic: FALSE- because of this review, I made it a point to talk on my speaker to everyone I talked to for several days. Never had one person say they couldn't hear me. And yes, I tried both far away and close up-no issues whatsoever. Charger doesn't charge both phone and battery pack when battery pack is on phone and connected at the same time: FALSE- you NEVER need to remove the case. Charges both just fine, on ALL 5 cases I bought. Battery button very hard to push in to get it to charge phone: FALSE- you just need to press and hold GENTLY till it starts charging (1-2 seconds). Super easy button to press. Had my 2-year old do it to prove it wasn't easy for just me due to my awesome man strength. (Lol) Silent/vibrate button hard to reach/too small of opening: Partially True- However, I'm 6'4" and manage to get in there with my Bear claws to turn it on silent/volume just fine. Volume/power button hard to push: FALSE- Are they harder to push than having regular case? Nope! Actually fairly easy to push. Again, my 2-year old daughter can turn the volume up and unlock my phone with those buttons just fine. Just wiggle the top part of the case a little bit after snapping the case on to make sure they are seated good over the buttons. Charge cable only 18" long: True- But seriously, who doesn't have one or two extra micro USB cables laying around their house!? And even if you don't have one, the 18" cable is more than enough till you can get your hands on a 6' charger. NOT a big deal, and this is no reason to give a 1-star rating on this case. Case hard to get off: Partially true, however, what most people DONT know is that on the bottom right corner of the case, there is a very small tab built into the top part of the case that acts as a lever to grab and pull the top part off. Works like a charm. If you don't know that's there, then yes, you could be spending some time trying to remove the phone from the case. Overall what I'm trying to say is almost all of those 1-star reviews were due to little inconveniences that could have been figured out with a little brain power. Very few of these 1-star comments were actual problems with the case itself. Hope this review is helpful to any and all thinking of purchasing. Did I mention it's got a LIFETIME Warranty? If you have an issue, and you register the product within 14 days like they state, replacements aren't an issue if something does go wrong. Great case. Good luck!!
