im a big bitch, I have a large chest,and a back I have to crack bc of the weight of my boobs, it HOLDS MY WEIGHT and along with a roller it helps crack my back on the floor and help me get up it really hold weight if you are over 200 pounds (im 257 currently after an injury) SOLID made and worth every penny
