I bought one unit for my truck. After about 90 min initial power charge, I merely turned on my iPhone 4 and the Jabra unit. The Jabra immediately went into the binding mode, I went to settings on my iPhone, selected Bluetooth and selected the Jabra Journey. Done. It took maybe 8 seconds total. I used the Jabra speakerphone to both answer incoming calls either by just saying "answer" or I could took answer on the iPhone. I can also initiate a call by saying "call" and a name that is associated to my iPhone call lists. Bang. Done. I was so impressed with the ease of use, volume and clarity of the Jabra Journey that I bought another for my Corvette convertible. I thought that would be a good test, too, due to the background noises from my vette and my satellite radio. Nope, no problem. Jabra worked perfectly. So the final test I bought one more for my wife. She is finicky about electronics, but I really wanted her hands-free in the car. She had it done cold in her first call. So personally, these 3 units were perfect for my use. Enjoy.
