This footrest is exactly what I've been needing at work. Before, I was only using a different butt pad so I could elevate my feet for better circulation. My previous pad was too low but was better than nothing. This footrest though is much better and is actually meant for this purpose. The standard desk set up is not meant for our body shapes and function so we need to get things like this to prevent further destruction to our bodies. I would recommend this as an official solution to the footrest problem. Also, it's great that you can use it with or without shoes. I appreciate that the cover is machine washable so I don't have to worry about it getting too dirty overtime.
