I have tried so many different brands with the hopes that I would reap the benefits that so many other people rave about, I had pretty much resolved myself to believe that all of the claims of taking 5 HTP were bogus, then a friend of mine claimed this is the only brand that worked for her and encouraged me to try, she had just recently placed an order and she gave me a bottle to "try". I just knew that I was wasting my time trying it yet again, but figured they were free so why not? Let me tell you.. this brand is out of this world! I am in my 50's and I had not had a good nights sleep in years, waking up several times a night, feeling like crap when getting up to get ready for work every day.. Not anymore! I feel like a new person inside and out, everyone has commented on the radical changes in my mood, demeanor, weight loss ( lost 60 pounds ) and overall health! My primary care physician is in awe of the radical overall health changes I have had with 5 HTP. Never quit making this please!! Hurry up and order yourself some so you can feel like a new person too!!
