I work now from home during quarantine. My job requires hour x hour zoom meetings. All day becomes uncomfortable in the desk chair. I added arm pads on the chair. I added write pad for the keyboard and mouse. But what about my legs? So after investigating the options and reviews i took the leap of faith on this memory foam solution. I'm relieved to report that it works very well for: (1) shifting my leg position; (2) using the option of turning the footrest over to provide a different height and ergonomic; (3) some times i lift my legs pressing the footrest between my feet. If your looking for a change in leg position and height you will find it here. I cannot report any back pain relief. I can report it's a good buy.
